Overall pretty good. Allows food and long hours for a semi decent price. been coming around for a bit (dead by daylight, left 4 dead, civ) We did have a hickup this last time I came with a friend. Age of empires 4 wouldn't work, and then after like 30 minutes of troubleshooting, they told me just choose a differnt game. Star craft 2 then gave us trouble for another 30 minutes. Eventually I just chose league of legends. So thier more popular games tend to work. The other more niche games tend to run Into problems. Overall pretty friendly staff too.

Great location for gaming with all high-end and up to date gear and games, they're on top of any issues with the games/computers and the staff are great.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. Great place to chill for couple hours and get through the day. Reasonable pricing and staffs are really nice. Plus, people here are respectful, minding their own businesses. Parking little hard, but will be worth it.

I haven't used this kind of service before and I'm grateful to all the kind employees who help me out. The computers are clean and fully equipped. The restroom is also very clean. The food is easy snacks and for a good price.
As a casual and sometimes hard-core gamer (wow in mind), my go-to hangout spot in L.A. is Cyber City Esports Center located near the Miracle Mile on Wilshire Blvd. Whether it be a casual round of CS Go during my lunch break (plenty of eateries nearby) or a sit-down for some Friday night raiding in World of Warcraft, this lan center delivers world class service and positive vibes all around. Their pricing is reasonable for the quality of their computers and seating accommodations, and they have plenty of full service snacks (hot pockets/burrito anyone?). I give Cyber City Esports Center a 5/5 rating because of these reasons, and I wish them continued longevity and success. Shout-outs to Kev, the dopest host with the most, love from Ktown!
Pros: My first time at an esports center and everything is great. Their large monitors, RGB keyboard that aren't too loud, the light gaming mouse with the shape of a Logitech G2 superlite, the comfy gaming chairs, the metal pole foot rests. I brought my own headset though because I'm kind of a germaphobe. I walked in, created a membership to play for 3 hours. Cons: It may get a little warm in there probably because everyone's sweatin in their matches. I was playing Valorant and got a good 300-400fps and it was beautiful. There is only one restroom so you may have to wait next to the door until it's your turn.
